Posted: February 7, 2008
In Logan, Utah you may remember hearing about a burglary and break in the a meeting house of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints last week. Now we know much more, Jim Michael’s age 34, and a minor which they don’t want to release his name at this time have been accused of breaking and entering. The court date is set for March 21, 2008 where Jim and his Defense Attorney, Robbie Cocharn will be pleading his innocence. On the other hand Prosectcutor, Noel Mayfield (has no relation to the judge of this case, Judge Alan Mayfield) states that “based on the evidence they have found wants to bring maximum sentence of the law, especially because the two accused have have prior records”. Defense Attorney, Robbie Cocharn says he doesn’t believe his client will be going to jail because of flimsy evidence, but says that “you never know what side Judge Alan Mayfield will fall on”.
