LOGAN, Utah-Are Ted Turner and Melinda Gates setting something up to save Africa? The Bill and Melinda Gates foundation is a world wide influential organization that has made some great contributions to many people. There latest project involves the very influential Ted Turner. I saw Bill, Melinda and Ted all get off a private jet together as they were meeting with local African officials. Why were they doing this you may ask? Education is the answer. After interviewing Bill I came to find out that Ted Turner, Warner Buffet and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation are putting there money towards educating the African people. “We’re teaching them how to fish instead of giving them fish, we want to be able to leave and have them be ok” says Bill. Ted Turner is the one that actually contacted Bill and Melinda, “He is very actively involved as he wants to actually see where is money is going” said Bill. Education can make a difference and that is exactly what they plan on doing.
