ABC Real Estate, a new company here in Logan is looking for investors, buyers, and individuals with good credit. President Preston Parker explained about his new company and how much it differs from most. He says that ABC Real Estate uses a unique plan that no one else in Logan has.
This Nationwide Company, invented by Bill Gaten (landtrust.net), uses the Beneificary- Directed- Land Trust System which helps people that would otherwise not qualify for a home, qualify.
Most people need to be able to make a down payment with at least 3% interest, have a FICO of above 680 and low debt to income ratio. For most college students or young couples in Logan this is impossible. That is why ABC Real Estate is so valuable. “For the residents it allows them to own a home and get the tax deductions instead of just paying rent,” said Parker.
Parker says that Logan is the best place for a business like this because of the main reason being that “In over 30 years there hasn’t been a fore-closed home.” Also Logan is a place that has a high ratio for home owners and a high buyer mentality.
ABC Real Estate was founded in Jan. of 2008 and hopes to stay around for much longer as it teaches people how to use there system.

Good job! You gave the readers lots of information about the topic and I liked how you included quotes and Bill Gattens web-site. The only thing I noticed was that there wasn't a sub-head line.
