The companies whole idea was invented by Bill Gatten ( landtrust.com). It is set up with using Seller, Credit, Investor and Resident beneficaries that all contribute to a trust fund. For the Resident it allows them to “own a home , get the tax decutions isteas of just paying rent,” as said by President Preston Parker of ABC Real Estate.

Your press release is great for potential buyers. I might suggest you target your investors a little more. A new company needs new investors.
For example, you could change your question to: Looking for a good investment?
Creatively written. It read a little bit like an advertisement. The language was lively. It was simple.
